2. Our products

ShreeDhatu sells handcrafted brass and bronze idols, spiritual and pooja items, vastu products, and luxury home decor.

• All items are handmade, so minor shade differences and minor artwork differences can be there. These are a natural part of handcrafted work and are not treated as defects.
• Product photos are for reference. Actual colour may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.
• Weight, size, and finish may show small variations for the same reason.

3. Pricing and availability

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices, or update or remove products, at any time without prior notice.
• Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will try to arrange it or offer a refund.
• If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund the amount you paid.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes confirmed when we accept it. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payment must be completed through the payment options available at checkout. Please provide accurate name, address, and contact details so that your order reaches you.

5. Order cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before paying.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details, including the unboxing video we ask you to record.

7. Exchange, return and refund

• We offer exchange or return only if the product is defective or gets damaged during shipping.
• To replace a damaged product, you must share an unboxing video as proof.
• We do not accept returns based on personal preference after purchase.
• We do not provide refunds for products that are delivered in good condition.

To help you choose the right product, we offer a video call option so you can see the product before placing your order. We encourage you to use it, especially for larger or higher-value pieces.
